Who we are
Foothills is a restaurant located in New Hampshire. We operate the reservation system at argentumsolutions.dev to take and manage guest reservations. In this policy, "we", "us", and "Foothills" refer to the restaurant.
Information we collect
When you make a reservation we collect:
- Your first and last name
- Party size and reservation date and time
- Phone number (only if you provide one for SMS confirmation)
- Optional details you tell us: allergens, whether children are in the party, seating preferences, notes
We do not collect payment card information through this reservation system. Payments are handled in person at the restaurant through our point-of-sale provider.
How we use your information
- To hold and manage your reservation
- To send a confirmation and a reminder SMS if you opt in (see SMS section below)
- To accommodate dietary or seating needs you have shared
- To contact you if there is an unexpected change to your booking
SMS messaging program
When you give a phone number and opt in to text messages at the time of booking, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Foothills related to your reservation.
- Message types: a booking confirmation, an automated reminder before your reservation, and acknowledgements when you reply.
- Message frequency: typically two messages per reservation (confirmation and reminder), plus replies if you write back.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Foothills does not charge to receive these messages.

HELPto any message we send and you will get a short reply with contact information. - STOP: reply
STOPat any time and you will be opted out immediately. You can also tell us in person or by phone. - Carriers:AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other US carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Phone numbers and SMS consent are not shared with third parties for marketing and are not used for any purpose outside the reservation system. We use Twilio as our messaging carrier; Twilio's privacy practices apply to message routing and are available at twilio.com/legal/privacy.
Who can see your information
Only Foothills staff who are signed in to the reservation system can view your reservation. We log who created each reservation and when. The following third parties process limited information on our behalf:
- Neon (database hosting) stores reservation records
- Vercel (hosting) operates the application servers
- Twilio (messaging) routes SMS to your carrier
- Google Calendar (optional) stores a calendar copy when the manager has connected an account
- Square (staff identity) provides our team member directory
We do not sell your information. We do not share it for advertising. We will disclose information only when required by law.
How long we keep your information
Reservation records are retained while you are an active guest and for a reasonable period after, to handle service follow-up and reconciliation. You can ask us to delete your reservation history at any time using the contact below.
Your choices
- You can decline to provide a phone number; you will still get a reservation.
- You can decline SMS at booking and we will not text you.
- You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
- You can request a copy or deletion of your reservation record by emailing the contact below.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the reservation system changes. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be noted on this page.
