Terms of Service

Agreement

By making a reservation or using the Foothills reservation system, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please call the restaurant to book by phone instead.

The reservation

• A reservation is held for your party at the time and table indicated.
• We try to seat parties promptly at the reserved time but cannot guarantee a specific table.
• Please tell us as early as possible if your party size changes; large party adjustments may require us to re-seat you or shift your time slot.
• If your party is more than fifteen minutes late without notice we may release the table to walk-ins.

SMS messaging program

The Foothills SMS program sends transactional messages tied to your reservation. By providing your phone number and checking the SMS opt-in box at booking, you consent to receive these texts.

• What you will receive: a booking confirmation, a reminder before your reservation, and short replies acknowledging your responses.
• Message frequency: roughly two messages per reservation, plus replies when you write back. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS.
• Carriers and rates: message and data rates may apply. Foothills does not charge for messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• HELP: reply HELP for a short reply with contact information.
• STOP: reply STOP at any time to opt out. You may continue to make and manage reservations without SMS.

Our messaging program uses Twilio as the underlying carrier. See the Privacy Policy for details on how phone numbers and message content are handled.

Cancellations and no-shows

• To cancel, reply NO to the confirmation text, use the link in the message, or call the restaurant.
• Repeated no-shows may affect our ability to accept future reservations from the same phone number or name.

Acceptable use

Use the reservation system only to book legitimate reservations. Do not submit reservations for people who have not asked you to. Do not submit false information that would cause us to hold a table that will not be used.

Staff sign-in

Foothills team members sign in with a PIN tied to their Square team member account. Sign-ins are logged. Sharing your PIN with another person, or signing in on behalf of someone else, is a violation of these terms.

No warranty

The reservation system is provided as-is. We work to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. If a technical issue prevents a reservation from being recorded, contact the restaurant directly.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Foothills is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the reservation system. Our total liability for any claim related to this service is limited to the value of the affected reservation.

Changes

We may revise these terms. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
